GRE verbal | Grammar Book for GRE?

Hi,
I'm not able to score 150+ in verbal. Sometimes I found sentences & questions extremely difficult to comprehend. May be I'm not good with grammar. When I searched I came across a book for Grammar called "Columbia English grammar for GRE by Richard Lee". Is it a good book? Should I go for this?
And can anyone share Columbia English for GRE by Richard Lee pdf or EPUB?
Or What is the best book to learn grammar for GRE?
