The area of the shaded region $\(=\frac{1}{2} \times 5 \times 11=\frac{55}{2}\)$ Column A: $\(\frac{55 / 2}{2}=\frac{55}{4}=13.75\)$
Column B: perimeter $\(=11+5+\sqrt{11^2+5^2}>16\)$
Column B > Column A. Therefore, the correct answer is $B$.
