Hello Dotty1985,
I don't know what do you exactly mean by fast. One book helped me tremendously to learn vocabulary was ''Word Power made easy'' by Norman Lewis.
I personally do not prefer to learn vocabulary directly from wordlists. You have to be in a good platform already in terms of vocabulary to read and learn from advanced wordlists. From your score there is a good chance that you are still a bit short of that level. I suggest try that book out and go through it fast (very easy to go through...) and then your outlook towards vocabulary will absolutely change.
