Hi all!
I got a 147 on my practice GRE verbal (below average
) and I was wondering if anyone has good resources to help me learn a lot of vocabulary...and fast. Vocab is the hardest part for me. Any help is appreciated!

Hello,
What materials you are using for vocab. I am using Magoosh and Barron's wordlist.
Nothing specific strategy - i just read the word and understand the sentence how the word being used in the sentence .Also i make sure to revise those words every now and then.

Hi there,
Vocabulary on the GRE can be quite tricky. It requires you to remember a lot of words that you might probably not use in daily conversations. But you see, that is the strategy.. to get familiar with words and NOT to just memorize them. CrackVerbal has designed a set of 500 GRE flashcards that use the technique of Mnemonics to help you understand and remember words.
You can watch a set of videos on our Youtube channel that explain how to learn and remember the high frequency words on the GRE (just search for the CrackVerbal channel in youtube, currently we are unable to post links - so apologies for the inconvenience
)
Also, you can download a mobile version of our GRE flashcards - its called as WordToonz (available in both iOS and Android Play store). Once you download the app, you will get access to 7 levels of GRE words. It is more like a word guessing game, so you are bound to enjoy it
