The volume of alcohol in a solution = volume of solution * concentration of solution.
The current volume of alcohol = 90 * 0.20 = 18 liters.
Let x be the amount of pure alcohol to be added. We know that the final concentration is at least 0.25%. We can set up the equation as
\(\frac{(18+x)}{(90+x)} ≥ 0.25\)
Solving for this equation, we get \(x ≥ 6\). Since both 6.0 and 6.5 are equal to or greater than 6, the answers are D and E.
