1.4 million = 1.4 * 1000,000 = 1,400,000 = 70*20,000
So, "70" times 20 thousand is 1.4 million
So, Answer will be C

In other words: (20,000)(?) = 1,400,000
Or we can write: 20,000k = 1,400,000 (our goal is to find the value of k)
Divide both sides by 10,000 to get: 2k = 140
Solve: k = 70
Answer: C
