The simplest thing to do in a case like this will be to put everything into scientific notation so that we don't have to write so many zeros...
200 million = 200 * 10^6 = 2 * 10^8
1.2 trillion = 1.2 * 10^12 (because one trillion is 10^12)
Therefore, we just need to see how many times 2*10^8 fits into 1.2*10^12.
That is,
(1.2*10^12) / (2*10^8) = 0.6 * 10^4 or, putting the number between 1 and 10 for proper scientific notation, we find 6*10^3 = 6000.
