How reliable is Magoosh GRE score estimator?

I gave Powerprep 1 on 13th July and scored 303 (Q:160, V:143). So I studied Verbal for 2 weeks and on 28th July I gave Powerprep 2 on 28th July and scored 313 (Q:164,V:149). I am only focusing on GRE material closest to the official thing. Since I was recommended magoosh frequently I decided to take the Magoosh GRE score estimator and got a prediction of 299 (Q:160, V:139). I plan on giving my GRE on 17th August. How accurate is the Magoosh GRE score estimator and what is the difficulty level of actual GRE as compared to it?
