How to overcome My Pitfalls in reading?

Hello everyone
My TOEFL is on Jan 4.
I need 102.
My Main Weakness is Reading, I score 64% in the Official Guide to The TOEFL test DVD practice test 2.
My strategy is: Read the question and then search for the answer in the passage. I tried to read all the passages then answer but I feel lost.
My mistakes are :
7 vocabulary
2 inserting a given sentence in the right place in the passage.
2 factual
1 negative factual
1 rhetorical
May someone provides me with beneficial feedback?
2- I need 102, so around how many questions I have to get right?

However, since August 2019 the speaking section changed a bit even though the overall time is shortened by 30 minutes for a 3 hours now of total running time.
