Given the equation, if we multiply both sides by (7y-x), we get \(18y = 3(7y-x)\). Then if we subtract 18y and sum 3x from both sides, we get \(3x = 3y\). Dividing both sides by 3, we get \(x=y\). Thus quantities A and B are equal and answer is C!

Given: \(\frac{18y}{(7y - x)} = 3\)
Multiply both sides of the equation by \((7y - x)\) to get: \(18y = 3(7y - x)\)
Expand: \(18y = 21y - 3x\)
Subtract \(21y\) from both sides: \(-3y = -3x\)
Divide both sides by \(-3\) to get: \(y = x\)
Answer: C
