Prime factorization is needed here

--> if a is divisible by 3 and 14, it has factors 3, 2 , 7

A) 6 = 2*3 and therefore a factor of a

B) a could be 42, since 2*3*7 = 42, but it can also be any other multiple of 42

C) 21 = 3*7 and therefore a is divisible by 21

D) a can be positive, but it can also be negative

--> hence A, C

--> if a is divisible by 3 and 14, it has factors 3, 2 , 7
