It's important to remember that an inference must always be true. All we are told is that the streets AND the sidewalks are wet whenever it is raining. This can be simplified to X and Y are wet WHEN it is raining. Onto the options:

I- This reverses the causality and says if X and Y are wet its raining. Not true always.
II- This is true because the argument states x AND y are wet when it rains. If one is and the other isn't we can say it's not raining.
III- Again not true because there can be an instance when streets and sidewalks are wet and it hasn't rained.

This is a must be true question

If it is true that the streets and the sidewalks are wet whenever it is raining, which of the following must also be true?

I. If the streets and sidewalks are wet, it is raining.

Not necessarily true, could be for some other reason they are wet. Not only for raining

II. If the streets are wet but the sidewalks are not wet, it is not raining.

Is one is wet and the other do not we do know FOR SURe that is not because the rain

III. If it is not raining, the streets and sidewalks are not wet.

This is the exactly contrary of the I. They could be wet fr some other reason other that rain

Hope this helps
