M is the average of the first 7 positive multiples of 7.
To begin with, we must list out the value of first 7 positive multiples of 7 : 7,14,21,28,35,42,49
Thus, their average becomes 28 = M.
Furthermore, their median also becomes 28 = m
Because, in case of odd number of observations median term is defined by : (number of observations + 1) / 2 th term.
Here number of observations are 7, therefore median term = (7+1)/2 = 4 th term, which is 28
Hence, the answer is C) The two quantities are equal.

No need of calculations as each consecutive multiple have same difference (gap) between them thus it is AP and in AP mean=median so C
