If we multiply 100! by 100! we get all the numbers from 1 to 100 twice so that in order to get an integer 100!*100! must be divided by a number between 1 and 100 or a number resulting from the multiplication of some of them.
Since we are asked about the highest prime number, we should start checking answers from E.
- 101 is not between 1 and 100 and it cannot be computed as the product of some numbers between them.
- 99 is not prime since it is divisible also by 9
- 97 is prime and it is between 1 and 100. That's our choice
