The number sould have 4, 5 and 6 as common factors. So the answer would be E. +3 is common as that is expected as remainder.

The remainder equation can be formed for each of the divisors as follows :-
1.N=4q+3
2.N=5q+3
3.N=6q+3
Now we should be knowing that Least common multiple of 4,5 and 6 is 4*5*6 =120.
So value for each of the equations could be:
1.N=4q+3=123
2.N=5q+3=128
3.N=6q+3=129
Hence when we divide 123,128 and 129 by 4, 5 and 6 respectively then we get 3 as a remainder.
hence option E is the answer.
