From question,

\(\frac{n+11}{2} = 2n\)
or, \(n + 11 = 4n\)
solve for n to get, \(n = \frac{11}{3}\)

we are told to get the average of n and 13/3 which means we are required to find the average of 11/3 and 13/3
\(\frac{11}{3} + \frac{13}{3} = \frac{24}{3} = 8\)
therefore, average = 8/2 = 4

((n+11) / 2) = 2n
==> n = 11/3

The question - what is equally between 11/3 and 13/3? Logically, it is 12/3 = 4
