nominator= {8,9,10,...,20,21,22,23,24}
denominator= {20,21,22,23,24,...,35,36}

for x=25,y=18 >> ratio=(20/20)=1 , similarly 21/21, 22/22, 23/23, 24/24
so 5 sets of values are the same.
