Hi guys! Do Indians get admitted to top U.S B-schools with a GRE (instead of GMAT) scores? I understand this is the GRE Prep club but unbiased responses would be appreciated :)

Hey msgirl

Yes, Indians do get admitted to the top ones. I know two people and one got into UNC Kenan Flagler and the other got into Ross+Cornell.

Yes, almost all top schools accept GRE and yes, I have seen people getting into M7 with GRE so no worries about it.

Thank you again! Are you sure people get into top schools with just a GRE score?

It's totally acceptable and is a part of the whole app. So I would suggest focusing on Essays as they are pretty much everything your say.

Wishing you the best

Yes. I have tried both tests and I prefer the GRE. I’m also in my late 30s so don’t have “time” to change tack midway :)
