Improving GRE Score

Hello Gre Experts,
I recently appeared in GRE last month and scored 307 (V:148, Q:159). Although my quant score is exactly what I was getting on my mocks (Manhattan and ETS) but my verbal score is lower than what I got on my mocks as I was averaging around 154-155. I also want to highlight that before starting my GRE prep I scored 142 on the GRE verbal. I have spent almost 140+ hours preparing and learnt almost 800 words on the GRE verbal but my main issue is with the reading passages. I also want to highlight that before starting my GRE prep I scored 142 on the GRE verbal.
I am targeting 320 on the GRE and want a personalised approach to improve my score. Any piece of advice will really help me before I can move forward with anything.
