Here,
Let present age of Murray = \(M\)
In \(12\) yrs,
\(M+12 = 4M\)
or M = 4 ; i.e Murray's current age
\(8\) times of current age = \(8* 4 =32\)
Therefore, no. of years to reach \(32 = 32 - 4 = 28\) yrs
