The answer should be \(1317.71\) minutes/yr
Subscribers in 2008 = 72 Mill.
Subscribers in 2007 = 55 Mill.
Average = \(\frac{{(1210)(55)+(1400)(72)}}{(55+72)} = \frac{167350}{127}=1317.71\)
