PhD Holders (2008) = 10,000
MS Holders (2008) = 200, 000
Unemployed PhD Holders = 2% of 10, 000 = 200
Unemployed MS Holders = 2.4% of 200,000 = 4800
Therefore, the required ratio is 200 : 4800 = 1 : 24
Hence, option B
MS Holders (2008) = 200, 000
Unemployed PhD Holders = 2% of 10, 000 = 200
