Or it can be Solved by a simple Pie chart.

Add 92+14=106 Total must always be 100 but we have an intersection of Two circles here. Question states that all of them have at least have a bike or a car means some of them have both (is inferred). Here the intersection portion can only be 6 in order to be 100%. We can immediately solve this problem easily this way 6/100 and 1/10.
