And we need to find Of Sam's 13 matches remaining in the year, what is the least number that he must win in order to qualify for the year-end tournament
Sam must win at least 60% of the total matches to qualify.
=> Matches won > 60% of (18 + 13) => 14 (Currently won out of 18) + x (number of matches won out of remaining 13) > 0.6*31 => x > 18.6 - 14 => x > 4.6 => x should be Minimum 5
