Area of circle = R^2 PI
if we have a right triangle inside a circle always the hypotenuse is equal to d=2R=2*4=8
Answer is C

How can you be sure that the area is for circle and not for triangle
Because it says that inscribed in a circle with 16π doesn't that also means that triangle with that area is inscribed in a circle

Consider nearest. It is the circle's. Try not to overthink about the language.
