As it is asking ratios we no need to use constants
V = (c^3 * r)^6
NV = ((4c)^3 * (r/64))^6
Whenever ratios are asked don't perform any operation. Substitute until final expression so that everything cancel each other
NV/V = 4^18 / 64^6
Write all in 2 powers
NV = 2^36 / 2^36 = 1
V = (c^3 * r)^6
NV = ((4c)^3 * (r/64))^6
