Here are two possible cases that meet the given conditions...
CASE I:
In this case, lines m and n have the same slope (since the two lines are parallel)
So, Quantity A = Quantity B
CASE II:
In this case, lines m and n do NOT have the same slope
So, Quantity A ≠ Quantity B
Answer: D
