CY is bisecting the chord PQ at R.
So the Triangle formed by CRP is a right angle triangle with one side of length 12 and hyp. as 13.
\(CR^2 + PR^2 = CP^2.\)
\(CR^2 = 13^2 - 12^2 = 169 -144 = 25\)
\(CR = 5\)
Answer is C) both are equal
