Notice that the length of the hypotenuse (8) is TWICE the length of one of the legs (4).
This should remind us of the 30-60-90 SPECIAL right triangle, in which the hypotenuse is TWICE the length of one of the legs.
Here's the BASE 30-60-90 SPECIAL right triangle
So, even though the diagram is definitely NOT drawn to scale, we can conclude that x must equal 60°
Answer: B
