Distance = (rate)(time)
So in this case we have: Distance = (70 kilometers per hour)(2 hours) = 140 kilometers
In other words, Jean has driven 140 kilometers so far.
If she still has 80 kilometers left to travel, then the total distance between the two towns = 140 + 80 = 220
Answer: A
