If Joe were to buy 90 toffees in boxes of 5 toffees, he will buy 90/5=18 Boxes. if each box costs 4.5$, he will spend 18*4.5= 81 USD
If Joe were to buy 90 Toffees in boxes of 15, he will buy, 90/15=6 Boxes. If each box costs 8.5$, he will spend 51$. twice this amount is 102$
102>81, so option B is correct
