\(y = mx +b\)
\(-2x+3y=6\)
\(y=\frac{2}{3} x + 2\)
Perpendicular line are negative reciprocal. As such,
Perpendicular Line q is \(= \frac{-3}{2}\)
Parallel Line q is \(= \frac{2}{3}\)

\(y=\frac{2}{3} x + 2\)
Perpendicular line are negative reciprocal. As such,
