we know that C is outside the circumference, therefore, OC is greater than the radius. If we construct an imaginary circle with OC radius we get:

\(r = OC\)
\(C = 2*\pi*5\)
\(C_{OC} = 10*\pi\)

but, given that this radius is greater than BO, the circumference with radius BO MUST be less than \(10\pi\).
