Since the lines intersect to the right, we know that the resulting area is a triangle, which interior angles must sum up to 180 degrees.
the adjacent angle of 2x is (180-2x), since an angle on a line is 180 degrees.
the adjacent angle of 3x is (180-3x), since an angle on a line is 180 degrees.
To find the third angle: (180-2x) + (180-3x) + Y = 180
thus Y = 180 - [(180-2x) + (180-3x)]
Y=5x-180
We Know that y can't be -ve or 0, so 5x>180
5x>180
X>36
Answer is A
