The median of List I is \(\frac{{6 + 8}}{2} = \frac{14}{2} = 7\).
In order for List II to have a median \(7\), we should have number \(3, 6, 7, 8, 19\) in an ascending order.
Thus we have \(x = 7\).
Therefore, B is the right answer.
