Notice the first triangle is a 3-4-5 triangle so x = 30 degrees.

In the second triangle, we want to find the side opposite to angle x. We know that a*sqrt{3} = 10 so a = 10*sqrt{3}/3.

Now using the Pythagorean formula, m^{2} = 10^{2} + (10*sqrt{3}/3)^{2} --> m = sqrt{100 + 100/3} = 11.5 < 15. So answer is Qty B.
