Let swimming pool=S, central AC=C and sunporch=P, then \(150=150(0.3+0.6+0.5)-2*5+5-(S+C+P)\), where \(S+C+P\) are houses that have exactly two of these amenities. \((45+90+75-10+5)-150=S+C+P\) and \(S+C+P=55\). Answer is B
