you know two points, so you can find the slope with the formula y2-y1/x2-x1 --> so the slope is -3. you can see the slope as - 3/1 so that the denominator gives you the run and the numerator the rise. So from point 3,4 you go one step to the left and 3 up, again one step let and 3 up and lastly 1 step left and 3 up and you are on the y axis at point 0,13. Answer E
