We need to find a word opposite to structure i.e something unstructured. So chaos and bedlam are best suited.

There is a comma in between. Plus when you read the sentence, you will know that it asks for opposite pair.
Another key is to make pair among the given choices.

Once one experience disorder of war, he appreciates order of the daily life.

Only B & E will suffice.
