This is a good question.

Philosophy loves the shocking new idea. Something that refutes the previous one. It is not a way of thinking encapsulated in commonplace but embraces some on a much wider prospectus
or broad church.

You have to try to understand the whole meaning of the first sentence to answer the first blank. Even in the real test, you cannot answer questions by looking at merely one word.

But here we are talking about the variety present in reasoning whether it is a startling thought which wasn't recently thought of or a refutation of a determinedly held conviction. Similarly crisp intuition is valued in reasoning.
So as this variety is being talked about, reasoning is a broad church.

I couldn't understand the whole meaning of the question since I didn't know the meaning of the word (savant )

Startling, refutation and broad. The entire meaning of the question is about savants love reasoning and novelty.
Blank 1: derived is related in the context, but looking at the entire question as a whole it doesn't make much sense, a new thought of an old idea is not derived it should be startling.
Blank 2: refutation no brainer, its literally in the question
Blank 3: At first glance it thought this one is divine because the question mentions elevated level of reflection, but divine in this context doesn't fit, its about something sacred but the entire question is about reasoning, thinking outside the box so broad is a better fit
