Natural Numbers are all positive integers.
The number of possibility are:
For -4:
there is 1 probability(-4+5)
For -3:
There are 2 prob(-3+4)and(-3+5)
For 0:
There are 5 prob. Zero can be added to any number and remain positive
For 1 There are 5 prob. If added to any number in the second set.
Total = 5+5+2+1= 13 possibility out of 25
