Maybe the best approach is using the positive and negative assessment

We do know that b is positive and at the same time abc=1 . To be ABC =1 and b positive, a and c must be balance b in order to have 1 in the end. a and c NOT necessarily must be negative but considering that the

ab<1

ac<1

cb<1

a and c must be negative

In quantity A 1/a+c we do have a negative fraction and b we do know is positive

A is negative
B is positive

B > A

The answer is B
