That chart is there to waste your time.
Usually, you start the calculation of the % increase or decrease among all groups.
However, notice the last group on the far right 65+ the difference between 12.1% and 6.3% is almost 100%
the other groups do not have such a difference.
E is the answer

Carcass i still dont understand why the answer is E , because the difference between 31 and 18 is far higher than 12 and 6.
