Is B supposed to be Impart or Impact because "electric charge to impact to" doesn't make sense. Kindly confirm?

The question stem describes what the neutrons contribute to the nucleus; the neutrons contribute to the mass of the nucleus but do not contribute to the electric charge of the nucleus. The correct answer will align with the idea of contributing or transferring from one to another. Choice (A) extenuate (meaning to lessen the importance) and Choice (F) ossify (meaning to become hard and bony) are incorrect because they do not refer in any way to contributing. Choice (D) remit (meaning to give money) and Choice (E) bequeath (meaning to give possessions in the case of death) both mean to contribute in some way, but they are incorrect because they carry the wrong connotation for the sentence. The correct answers are (B) impart - meaning to transmit or pass on and (C) bestow - meaning to give or transfer an honor.
