Carcass, Why not B and E? Bequeath also means to give. Impact of either proton or neutron on nucleus is not referenced in the sentence.

E means give something by testament such an inheritance

Here we have the neutrons that does not cede any electric charge. Therefore they have NOT an impact on the nucleus. They are just neutral by nature

I hope now is more clear

Is B supposed to be Impart or Impact because "electric charge to impact to" doesn't make sense. Kindly confirm?
