rate of elevator, v=\(\frac{1}{15}\) floor per second
time spent for two stops in one complete trip, T =120 seconds
time spent for traveling the distance (d) of 11 floors at the given rate (v) is t=\(d/v\)=\(\frac{11}{(1/15)}\)
time spent for one complete trip = t+T = \(120+15*11=285\) seconds
In 7 hours the number of complete trips = \(\frac{7*60*60}{285}=88\)
IMO, answer is A
time spent for two stops in one complete trip, T =120 seconds
time spent for traveling the distance (d) of 11 floors at the given rate (v) is t=\(d/v\)=\(\frac{11}{(1/15)}\)
time spent for one complete trip = t+T = \(120+15*11=285\) seconds

Explanation:
Since we start from Main floor and go up 10 floors, time taken = 60 + 15(10) = 60 + 150 = 210 seconds
Now, we wait at 11th floor and then go down 10 floors, time taken = 60 + 15(10) = 60 + 150 = 210 seconds
Total time for 1 round trip = 210 + 210 = 420 seconds
Total trips in 7 hrs = \(\frac{7(60)(60)}{420}\) = 60
Col. A: 60
Col. B: 56
Hence, option B
