From graph we can get year wise
A. in 1960 => 7.1-6.2 = 0.9
B. 1965 => 7.2-6.1 = 1.1
C. 1970 => 6 - 5.8 = 0.2 the least.
D and E by graph we can easily say these values are above 0.2.

In 1965 is 7.2-6.5
