XY=YZ means that this is an isosceles triangle.
imagine q =90, then its a 45,45,90 triangle, and m=135
then 2m-180 = 2(135)-180 = 270-180=90=q
boom.
the answer is C

Look at the attached figure..
Angle XYZ=XZY=180-m.. so q=180-(180-m+180-m)=180-(360-2m)=2m-180..
Thus A=B
