Answer: C
XY = YZ so the X and Z_left angles of the triangle are equal.

Z_left + Z_right = 180
Z_right = 180 - Z_left (We have X = Z_left, So: Z_right = 180 - X = m)

And We have: Y + X + Z_left = 180 in XYZ (As X and Z_left are equal, we have: 2X + q = 180

Now we have: 180 - X = m and 2X + q = 180
q = 180 - 2X (X = 180 -m):
q = 180 -2(180-m) = 2m - 180

So A and B are equal

Look at the attached figure..
Angle XYZ=XZY=180-m.. so q=180-(180-m+180-m)=180-(360-2m)=2m-180..
Thus A=B

C

How does it possible?

Can anyone give another approach or easier way to solve the question.

There is not another approach

m is an external angle. With just basic theory of alternative angles the question is pretty easy
