The expert post above is incorrect, and I think they misread the op's question. yes the op's approach is correct.
Because we do not know the value of 'c', we cannot determine, so the correct answer is D.
If c>0, then Quantity B will be larger.
If c=0, then the Quantities are equal.
If c<0, then Quantity A will be larger.
The trap here is it only says integers. So we must test for 0 and negatives as well as positives.
