Only chaos and bedlam works here as both are opposites to structure and order

Once someone has experienced the__________ of war, he develops a more keen appreciation for the structure and order of daily life.

There is a comma in between. Plus when you read the sentence, you will know that it asks for opposite pair.
Another key is to make pair among the given choices.

Once one experience disorder of war, he appreciates order of the daily life.

Only B & E will suffice.

Please ask if you have more doubts.
